The School of Mathematics visited Hefei Da Zhihui Caihui Company for an industrial research and internship exploration.

To further promote high-quality employment for graduates and deepen the collaboration between the university and the industry, on April 20th, Li Zhang, the dean of the School of Mathematics, led a delegation to Hefei Da Zhihui Caihui Data Technology Co., Ltd. for a "Company Visit and Internship Exploration" event. Company officials and alumni representatives attended the exchange event.


During the meeting, Ms. Xiaoyan He, the Executive Vice President of the company, warmly welcomed the delegation from the School of Mathematics. She expressed gratitude for the continuous support of the school in recruitment and introduced the company's development history, core businesses, and campus recruitment needs. Ms. He mentioned that as a subsidiary of a listed company, Hefei Da Zhihui Caihui Data Technology Co., Ltd. had a strong foundation in terms of cooperation with the school in graduate employment, internships, and training. Some outstanding alumni from the school had grown into key employees of the company. She expressed the hope for deeper collaboration and exchange between the school and the company while solidifying and expanding their joint efforts in talent recruitment. Dean Li Zhang provided information about the school, including its academic programs, talent cultivation, student sources, and employment situation. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions about the recruitment of the 2023 graduates and the internships for the 2024 graduates. They also explored potential cooperation in areas like student career planning, employment guidance, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

This visit is a crucial part of the School of Mathematics' efforts to implement the "Company Visits and Internship Exploration to Promote Employment" initiative. In the future, the school will continue to support graduates in achieving more comprehensive and high-quality employment through measures such as visiting companies, surveying the employment status of graduates, organizing targeted employment fairs, and conducting employment sharing sessions.
